CSD and the TalentLMS team are co-organizing the FuturEd AI ​​Hackathon, offering a unique experience of innovation, collaboration and solution creation with AI, and €2,000 worth of prizes to be awarded to three winning teams (one team per category: AI-Powered Innovation, Real-World Impact in Education, Community Vote).
 
Education meets technology in this special Hackathon organized by the technology company Epignosis, in collaboration with the Computer Science Department (CSD) of the University of Crete on October 1-2, 2026 at the CSD building in Heraklion. The FuturEd AI Hackathon invites developers to create solutions based on artificial intelligence, aiming to redefine the way we learn, teach and develop.
