You may ask questions at eLearn and the instructor or a teaching assistant will respond as soon as possible. There is no mailing list for this course. Please do not post snippets of code or questions that are part of the solution. If your question is specific to your work, you should do it by sending us an email at hy458 at[@] csd.uoc.gr.
All assignments will be submitted to the eLearn platform. Any other form of submission will not be accepted. If for some reason you cannot submit your assignment, please contact us as soon as possible at hy458 at[@] csd.uoc.gr and await further instructions.
Please make sure that you are able to open your assignment before submitting it.
Assignments are due at 23:59:59 on the date specified. Each assignment has to be turned in by the specified deadline. There will be a penalty of 10% of the assignment's grade for each weekday of delay and another 10% for the whole weekend.
All assignments are an individual creative process and students must submit their own work. You are not allowed, under any circumstances, to copy another person's work. You must also ensure that your work won't be accessible to others.
Students are expected to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity throughout the course.
All programming assignments, exams, and other course-related work must be completed independently, unless otherwise stated.
While AI tools (such as ChatGPT, code generators, or automated debugging tools) can be useful for learning and exploration, their unauthorized use to complete assignments or exams is strictly prohibited.
You are encouraged to use AI tools to enhance your understanding of cryptographic concepts or clarify doubts, but you must not rely on these tools to generate solutions for assignments or exams.
Unauthorized Assistance: Any code or solutions generated by AI tools and submitted as your own work without proper attribution will be considered a violation of academic integrity.
Students found in violation may face disciplinary actions as outlined by the university’s academic integrity policy.
